Blacksburg -Joint memorial services for Pamela Ruggles Blackwell and Thomas "Leroy" Blackwell, both of McEntire Road, will be held on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at 3:00 pm at Voice of Triumph Church at 179 Corry Road in Blacksburg. Pastor and Evangelist Ann Rogers will be officiating.
Mr. Blackwell passed away on Monday, October 15, 2018 and Mrs. Blackwell passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018.
