Obituary for David Anthony Bushnell
Gaffney -- David Anthony Bushnell, 48, of 1072 Hamrick Street, passed away on Tuesday, October 8th, 2019, at Regency Hospital of Greenville.
Born in Hartford, CT, he was the husband of April Bushnell and the son of the late Joseph Bushnell Sr. and Dorothy Ann Bushnell. David loved everything dealing with cars and was very proud of the work he did auto body work and painting.
In addition to his wife, David is survived by two brothers, Joseph Bushnell Jr. and Bobby Bushnell; three sisters, Donna Bushnell, Linda Calzarette, and Debra Bushnell; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews; and the family pets, Junior and Big Boy. He is also survived his second family: his in-laws, Larry and Katherine McAbee; his grandmother-in-law, Mary McCutcheon; brother-in-law, Kenneth Hester and wife, Marty; sister-in-law, Lisa McAbee and husband, Billy McDaniel; uncle, Robert McAbee; nieces and nephews, Kaden, Hailey, and Jeremiah Hester and Lexi Jones; and a cousin, Brandon Poole.
A memorial service will be held Friday, October 11th, 2019, at 1:00 pm in the Gordon Mortuary of Gaffney Chapel. At other times, the family will be receiving friends at the home of Larry and Katherine McAbee, 2407 Pacolet Hwy, Gaffney, SC 29340.
