Obituary for Margaret Louise Vassy
Gaffney -- Margaret Louise Gordon Vassy, 82, of 213 Maple Drive, passed away Tuesday, December 29th, 2020, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.
She was the wife of Benjamin David Vassy and the daughter of the late William Martin Gordon and Delma Whelchel Gordon. Mrs. Vassy retired from retail and was a member of Providence Baptist Church.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Vassy is survived by her son, David Eric Vassy; her grandson, Jack Vassy; her sister, Shirley Glisson (Milton); and her aunt, Margaret Turner.
Graveside services will on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 11:00 am at Clingman Memorial Gardens with Dr. Ronnie Cox officiating. The family will receive friends after the service at the graveside.
Memorials may be made to the charity of one's choice.
The family will be at the residence.
