Obituary for Sandra Calvert (Mullinax)
Gaffney -- Sandra Mullinax Calvert, 74, of 1102 Hamrick Street, passed away Sunday, January 12th, 2020, at her home.
Born in Gaffney, she was the wife of Robert Calvert and the daughter of the late Herbert Kay Mullinax and Mary Goodson. Mrs. Calvert retired as a weaver and was of Baptist faith.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Calvert is survived by one son, Mitchell Calvert (April), of Gaffney; one daughter, Lisa Jennings (Kenny), of Gaffney; one sister, Sadie Hale, of Blacksburg; five grandchildren, Cody Yonkoske, Adam Yonkoske, Shanna Calvert, Sean Calvert, and Stephanie Ricketts; and six great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 15th, 2020, from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm at Gordon Mortuary, 400 West Cherokee Street Blacksburg, South Carolina 29702. Funeral services will immediately follow at 4:00 pm.
Interment will follow at Mountain View Cemetery.
The family will be at the residence.
