Obituary for Ralph Junior Ramsey
Gaffney -- Ralph Junior Ramsey, 76, of 199 Speedway Road, passed away Friday, May 31st, 2013 at his residence.
Born in Gaffney, Mr. Ramsey was the son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Roy Red Ramsey and worked in maintenance for the Cherokee Speedway.
Mr. Ramsey is survived by two sons, Charles Junior Ramsey and Ralph Edward Ramsey, both of Gaffney; five grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous brothers and sister.
The family will receive friends Monday, June 3rd, 2013 from 6:00pm - 8:00pm at Gordon Mortuary. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 4th, at 3:00pm at Oakland Cemetery with Rev. Grady Gregory officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Ralph Ramsey Funeral Fund, c/o Gordon Mortuary, PO Box 428, Blacksburg, SC 29702 or at www.gordonmortuary.com/donate.html.
The family will be at their respective homes.
