Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Virginia Stowe can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Virginia "Ginger"  Stowe (Ashley)
Kings Mountain -- Virginia Ashley Stowe, 75, of 229 West Ridge Street, passed away Monday, July 25th, 2016, at Testa Family Hospice.

Born in Pineville, she was the daughter of the late Dwight Ashley and Florence Ashley. Mrs. Stowe retired as a Secretary and was a member of Pineville Nazarene Church.

Surviving Mrs. Stowe are one son, Nile Wilson and wife, Cynthia, of Kings Mountain; two grandchildren, Dillon and Gabriel Wilson; one brother, Pete Ashley and friend, Phyliss Burns, of Clover, SC; and four sisters, Maxie Kitchen of Rock Hill, SC, Muriel Griffin of Matthews, NC, Dorothy Phillips and husband, Ray, of Pineville, NC,, and Donna Helms and husband, Junior, of Pineville, NC, and many beloved nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Friday, July 29, from 1:00 - 2:00 at Pineville Nazarene Church, 8614 Pineville-Matthews Road, Charlotte, NC 28226. Memorial services will immediately follow at Pineville Nazarene Church with Rev. Gary Kitchen officiating.

Memorials may be made to Testa Family Hospice House, 321 Kings Mountain Blvd., Kings Mountain, NC 28086.

The family will be at 142 Reep Road, Kings Mountain, NC..
